BFI | Concrete Expert Witness Firm performed site investigations at a Regional Medical Center where light weight concrete was placed on elevated slabs.  Delaminations  appeared shortly after placement.  BFI | Building Forensics International sent a team of investigators to examine and document the damage to determine the cause.  The following are images taken from site investigations.
