Concrete Bridge Still Standing After 100 years

Next week Pasadena's Colorado Street Bridge turns 100 years old. I read an article about the history of this concrete icon that was very enlightening. The article discusses the creativity of the design to overcome topography obstacles and still meet the city of Pasadena's requirement to build a bridge that would cross the ravine at street level.
